We designed ZEO Botanical Dry so it would perfectly replace gin or vodka in cocktails. The best bit? It couldn’t be easier. Most of our signature serves simply need ZEO Botanical Dry, tonic water and a garnish. Next thing you know, you’re sipping pretty.

Botanical Dry & Tonic
This signature serve couldn’t be easier to make. All you need is ZEO Botanical Dry and your favourite premium tonic water. Fill your glass with ice, add 50ml Botanical Dry and 125ml tonic water, et voila. Sit back and enjoy your Z&T.
Spritz it up
ZEO Botanical Dry Spritz
Unlike your typical Spritz, we drink this non-alcoholic alternative all year round. All you need is 60ml ZEO Botanical Dry, 150ml aromatic tonic (we prefer Fever-Tree), a sprig or rosemary and a slice of grapefruit. If you’re short one of the garnishes, not to worry. Just the one will do.
