We like to call this a Z&T in honour of the nation’s favourite weeknight drink, the gin and tonic. We took the classic cocktail and tried every tonic under the sun to find the perfect one to accompany our non-alcoholic spirit.

If you’re already a fan of Botanical Dry, you’ll understand just how similar to alcohol it is. From taste to texture. That’s what makes it such a great replacement to your regular gin and tonic. We like to call it a Z&T and it couldn’t be easier to make at home.
The Z&T
ZEO Botanical Dry & Tonic
It really couldn’t be easier to make your own Z&T at home. Approach it like you would a gin and tonic but use 50ml Botanical Dry and 125ml tonic water instead. Don’t forget ice!

This one calls for a few more ingredients, but it’s definitely worth it. Simply fill your glass with cubed ice and pour in 50ml ZEO Botanical Dry, 15ml lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup and top the glass up with soda water. Stir and enjoy.
